Jemal's theatre credits include: understudy Kristoff in Frozen (Theatre Royal Drury Lane), understudy Raoul in The Phantom of the Opera (His Majesty's Theatre), understudy Lola in Kinky Boots (Adelphi Theatre), Whistle Down The Wind (Aldwych Theatre) and The Book of Mormon (UK Tour & Prince of Wales Theatre).

Jacob and Jemal have come together to launch Diversity in Casting Consultants. They are supporting productions in building thoughtful, inclusive and artistically strong casting processes, working with producers, casting directors and creative teams to support inclusive practice through the audition and creative process.
