Abundance without a sense of enough becomes blind consumption. Enough is not a quantity, it is a choice. Examining what external standards we have internalised helps us reclaim our values and live by what matters to us personally, rather than constantly pursuing what others want.
Feeling enough is rooted in self-worth; no amount of anything can buy a feeling we don't already have, and when we truly feel enough, everything we have becomes more than enough, a bonus, overflowing and free to be shared. Feeling enough lets us love others fully without conditions, give freely without ledgers and live now, not later, when.
