In this episode, Gemma talks of having more time in sobriety and how that's had a knock on effect to other areas of her life. Increased time means increased quality time too. She also talks of the clarity she experiences now, how she sees things clearer now she isn't battling hangovers and finding genuine happiness in all the little things.
It's a lovely listen.
