Getting Quiet Enough to Hear Myself

Sometimes the loudest noise isn’t the world around us — it’s everything happening inside of us. The running list, the second-guessing, the voice that never quite lets us rest. In this episode, I’m sharing what happened when I finally got quiet enough to hear myself again — including the gift I almost didn’t give myself: getting help. This is a conversation about the noise we carry, the stories we tell ourselves, faith and therapy living in the same house, and why sometimes healing begins the moment we stop performing and simply tell the truth. What is one source of noise you could turn down this week — just enough to hear yourself, and hear God, again?
