First, the plaintiff put her car in the defendant's name. However, the vehicle was impounded, and she can't get it out, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff was supposed to pay half the expenses but fell behind. The defendant is countersuing for unpaid parking tickets, insurance costs, and pain and suffering.

Then, the plaintiff says the defendants, his former tenants, caused damage and moved out without proper notice, so the plaintiff is suing for back rent and fees. The defendants argue there were issues with the apartment since day one. The defendants discovered multiple code violations with the place, and they believe they owe nothing.

Plus, the plaintiff claims the defendant's son stole his son's scooter, so he's suing. The defendant insists her son had nothing to do with the scooter.
