S19 E17, E18: Come Fly with Me // Ready to Run

Lucas continues to forget things and mess up on patients and Nick loses his patience with him and tells him to get his meds under control for his ADHD. Nick and Winston are both nominated for a Catherine Fox Award and are invited to go to the awards ceremony which is being held in Boston. Teddy brings the other Attendings into a meeting to discuss changes that need to be made in order to keep their interns mentally well. Some are silly like oat milk in the cafeteria, and non allergenic pillows in the on call room, but some are more serious. It turns out that their salary is not enough to live in Seattle.
