Today, on The Live Tap Podcast, I interview Arkansas State Track & Field athlete Kneila Watson as we talk about her journey from growing up as a young girl in the Sherwood, Arkansas area to competing at the Division I level at Arkansas State. Kneila shares the story of how a dream she had one night ultimately led to her committing to Arkansas State the very next day, along with the confidence and belief in herself that helped fuel a huge jump in her sophomore year. We also talk about her growth, mindset, and what it took to believe in herself while continuing to chase her goals at the next level.
