How an emotion actually dissolves
transcript
show notes
Every time we're triggered and we stay with the feeling instead of the story, we shave one layer off it. And then one day someone says the thing that would have completely triggered us a year ago, and we notice, hours later, that we didn't even react to it. Nothing was managed, there was just less there to react with.
That's what this episode is about, and it starts with the person cutting in front of you in the queue, small enough that we can practise on it.
Try it this week, and if you do, I'd like to know where in your body you found it.
