121 | What planning a wedding taught me about service business websites
Streams straight from the publisher. podnod never proxies or re-hosts episode audio.
As a website designer, I’m usually the one building the websites, not hiring people from them 😅 But planning our wedding flipped me into full customer mode, trawling through supplier websites and getting weirdly worked up about the same things I bang on about to my clients all day long.
So this episode got a little bit ranty (with love, I promise) as I walk through the things that drove me up the wall as a customer, and the stuff every service business website really needs if you want people to trust you, contact you, and book you.
(Plus, the story of how one of our dogs made our wedding ceremony very memorable…)
