b. Level 4 - Green - DOUBLE TAKE - Increased

intelligence watch and strengthened security measures

c. Level 3 - Yellow - ROUND HOUSE - Increase in force

readiness above that required for normal readiness

d. Level 2 - Red - FAST PACE - Next step to nuclear war

e. Level 1 - COCKED PISTOL - Nuclear war is imminent
