Standing Ovation

We say goodbye to Smalltember with a true bad movie jewel (thanks to Alonso Duralde for recommending it) -- the kid/tween/teen musical comedy STANDING OVATION, one of the few movies about a singing competition that also makes room for a mob subplot and a child who threatens people with deadly animals. What a magical picture. FLOP TV SEASON FOUR is well underway! Go pick up a pass for individual episodes or the whole dang season!
