It's August 1972 and the Swiss freighter Cassarate is bound for Europe with 1.5 Million kg's of Tapioca on board. Somewhere along the way a fire breaks out below decks. Mix tapioca, heat and the water from the firehoses, and you've just set in motion the worlds biggest tapioca slow cooker.
