How do you make big decisions without certainty?
transcript
show notes
How do you make a big, important decision when there’s no way to know whether you’re choosing correctly?
We tend to treat the “right decision” as something we should be able to uncover if we think hard enough, gather enough information, or finally learn to trust our gut. But sometimes there is no objectively right answer—and neither logic nor intuition is infallible.
In this episode of The Existential Entrepreneur, I’m exploring self-trust in the absence of certainty: the difference between intuition and fear, why thinking harder can sometimes become another form of avoidance, and how to make choices when every available path has real consequences.
I also get into the role of surrender, why a good decision isn’t necessarily the one that produces the outcome you wanted, and a question I’ve found much more useful than “How do I know this will work?” which is: Can I trust myself to handle what happens if it doesn’t?

I’m currently looking for guests for Season 2 of The Existential Entrepreneur—especially business owners who are in the middle of questioning, experimenting, changing direction, or figuring something out.
You don’t need to have the answers. That’s kind of the point.
