Heather has been keeping a home for over a decade and she stays extra busy these days caring for and homeschooling her 3 young children. She has a passion for wellness and the healing power of food. Right now she is mostly fleshing out that passion in her daily homemaking, but she occasionally shares insights and practical ideas on her blog and YouTube channel.
