In this episode, I am chatting with in the trenches homemaker, Amber Reesor, who has been keeping a home with her husband, Curtis, for 10 years. They have 2 little girls who as Amber says, completely changed her heart for homemaking.

We talk about the amazing legacy of contentment and hospitable generosity her parents created, the impact it has had on her own homemaking and how she is working to pass on the same legacy to her girls.

Amber shares how taking up a simple gratitude journal practice gave her the skills to identify and overcome a grumbling spirit in her homemaking and what the Lord is teaching her through the challenge of homemaking in someone else’s house.
