show notes
Donald Trump has never exactly been accused of thinking small, and now he appears to be in a race to leave his mark on Washington, quite literally. From grand plans and sweeping changes to the desire to put his name on things, critics say the rush to create a lasting legacy is turning into something of a spectacle. Éric Blais is president of Headspace Marketing in Toronto and the author of "Normal Nation: How Normalcy Could Play in a Third Québec Referendum", spoke to Andrew Carter.
