Episode 44: That Bacteria That Eats Poison

Tonight we go two kilometers under the ground. Into a place that should be dead. A flooded uranium mine in the Ore Mountains of eastern Germany. Cold black water. No sunlight. Air so thin it might as well not exist. And in that water… something is quietly performing alchemy.
