This weeks guest on Stand Out with Ian O’Connell is Tony Mulligan. Tony has undergone four brain surgeries for a recurring brain tumor. After his second surgery, he lost his speech and had to work to regain it. Following his fourth surgery, he was left half paralyzed and spent eight months away from home in rehabilitation.
