Recipe: Real Simple

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 ounces amaretto liqueur
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
• 1 orange slice, for garnish (optional)
• 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish (optional)

Instructions: Pour the amaretto, simple syrup, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry, if using.
