Becoming One With Nature

As the weather gets warmer and all the plants continue to grow, I feel drawn to reshare this beauty. When we had this conversation almost 2 years ago; It was the first time I was asked to not plan the episode and let flow whatever flow. It was the first time I was introduced to what it means to connect with nature. . It was the first time that it clicked how important it is to be mindful of the energy we allow into our space.
