EP542 - The Praying Mantis

This week, J and Dame are back with another episode of ShopTalk, and they’re doing it live for First Fridays. The episode starts with the realities of homeownership as Dame talks about an unexpected $1,500 AC repair, needing a new roof and why owning a house will have you questioning whether you want to own one at all. But things take a turn when J tells the story of a praying mantis that somehow stayed on his car through an entire day, severe storms, freeway speeds and eventually a police stop before disappearing once he made it safely home. That leads into a deeper conversation about signs, protection, faith and the things we can’t always explain.
