70: Rebecca Hormann on a Standout Year, Leaning Into Fear & Exploring
Very excited to welcome Rebecca Hormann to the podcast. This year, she's had one of the standout seasons in the sport: winning the 200-mile Terra de Gigantes crossing of Portugal, followed by a top 10 finish at Madeira Ultra Trail against a stacked international field, and recently she became part of the top 15th women that have ran a sub-20 Bob Graham Round in the Lake District. She shares more about this year's journey, from bringing on a coach for the first time to racing less and putting more focus into the each events.
