The Importance of Doing Nothing

We are so inundated with information all the time now that we’ve lost our capacity for boredom. Whenever there is a lull in the day, the instinct has become to fill that space. In today’s episode, you are going to go outside and rest in nature. Bask in a moment of nothingness, with no practice connected to it. Allow your mind to be still and quiet. It is incredibly biologically important to be able to tune everything out. Rachel will share some ideas on how to do it.
