Salmon are in trouble, and sea lions are getting the blame

Salmon are a part of our identity here in the Pacific Northwest, but the population has struggled in recent years.

Federal lawmakers think they have a solution. It involves the systematic culling of another northwest staple: pinnipeds, or seals and sea lions.
