In 2012, a family in Gary, Indiana claimed something evil had taken over their home.
They reported footsteps, shadows, strange voices, violent behavior, and children acting as if they were possessed. Then the case reached a hospital — where a DCS caseworker documented something almost impossible.
According to her report, a nine-year-old boy walked backward up a wall toward the ceiling.
Police, doctors, child services, and a Catholic priest all became involved, and multiple exorcisms followed.
