Running 1O1 - Episode 13: "Every Friday, 7PM, All Ladies Welcome!"

In the 13th episode of the podcast, we speak to runners Najma & Mona. Najma a goal oriented runner with a career in corporate, and Mona a Healthcare Nurse who found running while in search for an outlet and hasn't had to look back since. Both advocates of "Run Clubs", starting their running journeys in 2023. Two years in to 2025 they now have 4 marathons between them consisting of London (both), Berlin & Chicago. Along with their experience, ambition, support, and friendship, they have definitely taken things up a notch — let's welcome Sole Striders!
