1. LOVE IS A STEEP CLIMB (FOX NEWS)
Angelina Nikolau, 33, and Ivan Kuznetsov, 32, who climbed the Empire State Building in July for a viral marriage proposal, were back in Manhattan court Tuesday. Facing reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, burglary and climbing charges, they no longer need monthly check-ins. Their lawyer calls them “daring and pathbreaking artists” and says a plea deal is close. Next court date: Nov. 12.

2. WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS… GETS YOU BOOKED IN FLORIDA (NEW YORK POST)
Kissimmee, Fla., photographer Irene Miller, 50, is accused of leaving her four kids, ages 9 to 14, home alone overnight during a five-day Las Vegas work trip; a babysitter came only before and after school. A child called 911 when a dumbbell fell on the 9-year-old’s head; he was treated and released. Miller was arrested on child neglect charges and released on $4,000 bond.

3. PREGNANT!!! W"AI"T, WHAT!? (NOT THE BEE)
“Mity,” a singer in the AI-generated Chinese pop group Baby Queen, announced she’s “pregnant” and leaving the band to rest. Many fans didn’t know the band isn’t real. According to the Daily Mail, the creators admitted they invented the pregnancy to write her out because managing several AI personalities had become too much work. No word on the father.
