Restock by No-Code Supply Co. | Ep. 09 | Brand Corpus
CMS is not dying, it is turning into a brand corpus: one place where all of your content lives so it can be pulled into a website, an ad, an email, or a social post without ever being retyped. Things like asset management, permissions, localization, previews, and scheduling do not disappear when you stop calling something a CMS, you just build a different tool to do it. Content, design tokens, and CSS variables are all the same thing underneath, data that gets called somewhere specific.
The corpus metaphor holds up like a power tool battery: write it once, plug it into whatever needs it next. That reframes content-first design, write the outline before the layout, since agents can now generate the design straight from the content structure instead of the two being tightly coupled. It is the same instinct behind a control plane for a corpus: locking some components, leaving others open to test, and deciding who, or what agent, gets to draw from it and publish.
