08-04-26 Part Two - Cracking Down on Toking Up

In part two of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, last Friday, Texas began pulling Delta-8 THC and similar products off the shelves. The Texas Department of State Health Services will reclassify Delta-8 THC and some of its derivatives as controlled substances, though some Delta-9 products will remain legal. Most smokeable products will become illegal. There will surely be loopholes for stuff that will still get you high, but not to the extent previously.

Also President Trump hurled more criticism at Jeanine Pirro as he fumed over her move to drop the Reflecting Pool vandalism case against former Olympic canoeist David Hearn / Mamdani’s city grocery plan could leave taxpayers paying for every banana / and the latest with the war on Iran.
