From Visualization to Embodiment

Visualization (EP 350) We live in an era that has taught us to look for answers to everything. We want to know what’s going to happen, how long it will take, where a situation is leading us, what another person is thinking, whether a decision will be the right one, or if what we desire will finally happen. We want signs, certainties, explanations, and guarantees. And when we don’t find them, we often mistake uncertainty for danger. So we try to control. We think more. We analyze more. We ask more. We look for coincidences, interpret silences, anticipate scenarios, and try to mentally build a future that doesn’t exist yet. But perhaps one of the most profound experiences of existence consists precisely in learning to inhabit that space where we still don’t know. Because not knowing doesn’t always mean being lost. Sometimes it means life is still writing a part of the story we can’t read yet.
