The podcast The mind behind the movement is for young people who are interested in sports. How does performance in sports impact our mental health? What’s going on behind the scenes? In this podcast, as guests, we have a contemporary dancer and outdoor lover doing extreme sports. The podcast was created and produced during the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "PodQuest: Youth Voices"*, which took place in the summer of 2026 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The exchange was hosted by Mladi zmaji in partnership with Prijateljice (Bosnia and Herzegovina), JOETZ (Belgium), and Eco Logic (North Macedonia).
