English Summary On Monday, November 2, I sent out my morning news roundup as usual. Then I slept until two in the afternoon. I’d been out three days in a row. On Friday, I met a friend for a work discussion. A client I’m building a new company website for happened to know my friend and joined us. The three of us talked about work and life, and I got home a little late. On Saturday, I went to a market with a friend. On Sunday, I went along to my husband’s soccer match, and we stopped for a walk in Ukankei on the way home. None of those plans seemed particularly demanding on its own, but by Monday I was more tired than I’d expected. After I woke up, I spent a little time working on a contest entry. That was my day: I sent out the news, slept, and did a little work in the afternoon. I recently wrote about reaching 100 days of the morning roundup. The news goes out every morning, but what happens afterward varies. Next time I’m about to make plans three days in a row, I think I’ll leave one of those days free to stay home. In September and October, I was happy to connect with people on Substack, so I listened to and joined more Live sessions. I enjoyed that time, though some days I found myself more tired than I expected or hadn’t made progress on things I’d planned to do. I’d like to stay connected here at my own pace, while making time for the things I want to do. This is a public episode.
