it’s only embarrassing if you’re embarrassed

We are sooo back ragers!! Our brain cells have regenerated and we are actually able to form a sentence again. We debrief our week of no rest & recovery. We threw ourselves straight back into the pop up, absailing, concerts, you name it! The pop up has come to a bittersweet end so naturally we talked about all the embarrassing & funny things happened during our time there.
