Interview with former A&S Cadre, Gavin Fisher

On this week's episode the Ones Ready team sits down with Gavin Fisher.  Gavin Fisher is a Pararescueman that was Active Duty for several assignments and then decided to transition to a Rescue Unit in the USAF Reserves in Florida.  He spent time training and deploying at his first unit and Las Vegas and then was identified to go teach and pass on his knowledge to aspiring PJs, CCTs, and SR dudes.  Gavin provided some good insight from what he experiences from an instructor stand point at A&S.  He'll also discuss what his Active Duty to Reserve transition was like and the two different options; Palace Front and Palace Chase.
