Rooted Takeover

This episode of the Beyond Sunday podcast looks back at a Rooted takeover Sunday at North Point Church, with Robby and James discussing the ministry’s focus on discipleship, community, and openness among young adults and college-age students. They reflect on testimonies about honest struggles and growth, and talk about why Christian faith is meant to be practiced together rather than in isolation. The hosts also discuss radical transparency, humility, and the role of vulnerability in spiritual growth. They talk about discerning God’s direction over personal plans, and end with a practical challenge to read Scripture slowly and intentionally using the SOAP method, while encouraging listeners to pursue community and live in the light. Learn more about North Pointe Church at northpointefl.org, and join us on Sunday mornings at 9:00 or 11:00. Do you have any questions or comments? Drop us a line at pod@northpointefl.org.
