Put Down the Spear

Pastor Steve joins Pastor Robby to discuss David’s visit to Ahimelech, the lie that led to the deaths of the priests at Nob, and how the events connect to an earlier prophecy against Eli’s family. They also consider David’s choice not to take revenge on Saul and discuss trusting God with difficult outcomes, distinguishing patient obedience from delaying action someone believes God has called them to take.
