David and Goliath

Pastor Robby and Pastor James recap a sermon from their David series on David and Goliath, focusing on the question of what someone would do if they knew God was with them. They discuss Israel’s growing fear, David’s ordinary obedience, and his different perspective as he sees Goliath’s challenge as mocking God rather than just threatening the army. They also talk about David being criticized by his brothers and by Saul, his refusal to rely on Saul’s armor, and the way he prepares with five stones while trusting God. The episode closes by emphasizing that obedience matters more than outcomes and that listeners should respond to fear with truth from God’s word.
