PAUSE: Stop listening to your feelings and start talking to your soul. 2. PIVOT: Turn your attention to the character of God and the truth of His Word. 3. PROCLAIM: Speak truth out loud and need to remember: Jesus is Lord. God hasn’t abandoned me. I can trust Him with what I can’t control.
