Elena Gold: Transformation

Elena Gold is the founder of Recline Village, a creative community and a retreat center in New York City. She is also a filmmaker, an artist, and an author of some of the Moonly meditations. We discussed transformation as an opportunity for growth and change. Elena talked about how we can recognize our transformation and practice awareness in it, as well as how we can cope with fear of unknown.
