Last week I asked Instagram which niches outside of make-money-online could get to $300K–$500K in a year or two, and it took off. I've now done reels on pregnancy and birth, women in perimenopause, and women in leadership, and the most common reaction has been, "Wait, I thought I was already niched down." You're not. Those are markets, and the offer you take to a market has to solve one specific, painful problem. In this episode I go behind the scenes of the series and show you the pattern: the problem changes with every niche, but I keep using the same strategies, because when something isn't working you want as few variables as possible to troubleshoot.
