This slow cooker Chipotle chicken is inspired by Costco Chipotle chicken. I hear so many stories about this great chicken but just don't have Costco near me so this is me batching Chipotle chicken at home in my slow cooker. Then of course using it for meal prep.
This chipotle chicken recipe is part of our Crocktober series with a new slow cooker podcast episode every day for the month of October. Short but sweet, these episodes are great for learning new slow cooker ideas.
You can of course get the printable recipe with step by step photos over at Kitchen Gadgets Club.
