Would a sunbed ban break EU rules?

For a long time, the Government has been attempting to ban sunbeds, there are already restrictions on under 18s using them, but many believe it is not enough. According to the Irish Cancer Society, if you use a sunbed even one time, your risk of melanoma goes up by almost 30% and your risk of being diagnosed with melanoma before you are 50 years old goes up by 75%...
