The Transplant Football World Cup has just taken place in Frankfurt, with Ireland among the countries competing, and two of the players representing Ireland joined Andrea on the show, Val Weblin from West Cork and Shane Riordan from Dublin Newcastle who have both been through life-changing transplant journeys.
