What should be done about e-scooters?

Emergency doctors are before an Oireachtas committee today discussing the dangers of unregistered scramblers, quad bikes and e-scooters. They’re calling for tighter controls, including a possible ban on the import and sale of non-road-legal vehicles. What do you think? Have you had a dangerous experience with one of these vehicles?
