New short term let rules - what do you think?

New rules are set to come for short term lets which will have a big impact on the tourism sector in this country. Under new regulations, councils will no longer be able to grant planning permission in areas of over 20,000 people. And, for those who only rent sporadically, they will also need to be registered.
