New rules to gain Irish citizenship will be introduced this week. Justice Minister Jim O'Callaghan will bring new measures to cabinet on Wednesday for approval. These measures include a language proficiency test in English or Irish, economic self-sufficiency and residency of eight years in the country. Andrea is joined by listeners to discuss.
