TV Presenter Ashley James has received praise after posting very honestly about her struggles with incontinence post birth.
She shared a picture of a recent trip to Paris with her partner, in which she is wearing Tena pants, as the Eiffel Tower looms in the background.
Encouraged by Ashley, many women have since shared their experiences.
