Retirement is supposed to be one of the happiest seasons of life—but it can also be one of the biggest adjustments a marriage will ever face

 After 43 years together, Ken and I discovered that retirement changed more than our schedules. It changed how we communicated, how we shared our space, how we divided responsibilities, and even how we saw each other.
