On this episode, we had our BFF Dr. Bill Evans on the podcast! Bill has been on the pod a few times and it was time to have him back as a LIS regular. The good thing about episodes with Bill is there is great banter + a lot of great information. We did get to a lot of informative things on this episode but need to do another soon as there is a lot more to talk about with him based on his recent social media posts!
We chatted improving + testing VO2 max, how Bill would coach Scotty in a sub-2:30 marathon build, and heat training. Bill also recently did his own lab testing on Nomio and the results are quite interesting! If you didn’t know - Bill is also doing his own podcast called The Endurance Lab and has had several great guests on it. He walked us through what he learned while talking to Cam Myers!
