Lee Cooper is a New Forest-based nature and landscape photographer known for his misty, atmospheric woodland imagery. His work leans away from the "big dramatic shot" and toward stillness and silence — heavy mist, soft light through ancient trees, and quiet, fleeting moments in the forest that often go unnoticed. Rooted in the New Forest and the wider British landscape, Lee's photography has been featured by the BBC and ITV, and exhibited across the UK. He's worked with globally recognised brands including Sony, Adobe, MPB, FSC, and The Woodland Trust, translating nature's subtler moments into visual campaigns for conservation-minded and creative clients. Beyond his own image-making, Lee is an active educator — running workshops and print sales, and creating content for brands. His teaching style is described as open, encouraging, and rooted in the idea that photography is a way of connecting with nature, with yourself, and with others.
